John from Midwest was on the scene the night of the incident and served as a trusted resource throughout the entire restoration process. He was a liaison with the insurance company providing confidence that the scope of work was aligned with their policy coverage by sharing project/status reports throughout.
Chris and Rolando were fantastic to work with throughout the rebuild. So much work to be done and decisions to be made, but the team was well organized and very responsive. The entire Midwest team went above and beyond. Their kindness and support made a very difficult time easier to navigate.

“I was very pleased with the service rendered by Midwest Restoration. They were always professional and communicative throughout the whole project of restoring carpeting and baseboard in the aftermath of a sewage backup event. And because the replacement of the carpet necessitated the removal of all the contents of the affected areas, just about from the whole home, they arranged for an excellent pack-out company to move everything off site. They were respectful of my schedule and were very flexible about dates to accommodate me. That they accomplished this during a time that was into both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, a sharp rise in Covid Omicron and a supply chain issue is even more to their credit. The project managers kept in contact and always kept their appointments. The workmanship on the carpeting and baseboard replacement was all top notch.
